Orange vegan cake is a soft moist tangy cake.It reminds me of Orange, pineapple pastries bakeries back home.Small Iyengar bakeries in the by-lanes of southern India, cater to the small hunger pangs of hundreds on the way home.Be it kids coming back from school, sport practice or professionals all love a small bite of cake. They serve fresh baked sweets and savory daily and generally over by the end of the day. This orange vegan cake is our take on all those cake slices back home.Citrus mandarins and oranges are just the pick me up you need after a dull long tiring day at work.
