Green Punch Kale Smoothie

Smoothies are an excellent way to sneak more greens into your diet. It is not an easy task, to include raw greens in your diet.However in form of smoothies.It is a natural way to get nutrients, as well as stay hydrated.
There is no specific ingredient to make a smoothie.Just combine the ingredients that you want and blend.
However, we should take care while adding fruits to the raw smoothies so that they balance the greens. 


A smoothie made up of only greens and vegetables might not go well with digestion.Hence, it is essential, to mix greens/veggies with fruits. In order to get a consistent base for the smoothie, add water or use a fruit which has high water content, such as water melons or pineapples.

  1. 1 cup kale (chopped)
  2. 1/2 green apple
  3. 2-3 celery stems
  4. 1 peach
  5. 1 cup watermelon (cubed) or 1 cup water
  1. Add the deseeded peach and apple to the blender.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients with watermelon/water.
  3. Blend in the mixer for around 2 minutes.
  4. Add ice cubes to the glasses.
  5. Serve fresh.
