Choti elaichi/green cardamoms Badi elaichi/black cardamom Laung/cloves tbsp saunf/fennel seeds mulethi/licorice adrak/ginger sliced kali mirch/pepper corns tulsi /Indian basil OR Italian basil  tea bag(optional) gud/jaggery pinch salt

You may use fresh Tulsi Or Italian basil or tulsi tea bag

1. Heat water in pot 2. Add all ingredients except jaggery 3. Once reduced to half 4. Add jaggery,filter and serve
