Overnight Oats recipe

Overnight oats is a perfect breakfast for a busy office-goer.can be eaten just out of fridge before you leave for work.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cup milk/almond milk if vegan
  • ½ apple shredded
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup if eating vegan (optional)
  • 1 banana sliced


  • Boil milk and cool it.
  • Soak the oats in milk overnight( or atleast 4 hours) in a refrigerator.
  • Add shredded apple and mix.
  • Garnish with banana sliced,berries and honey/maple syrup.


Note: When apple is not in season, add a slice of mango/ sapota to it. Tastes so divine.
