Overnight Oats recipe
Overnight oats is a perfect breakfast for a busy office-goer.can be eaten just out of fridge before you leave for work.
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cup milk/almond milk if vegan
- ½ apple shredded
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup strawberries
- 1 tsp. honey or maple syrup if eating vegan (optional)
- 1 banana sliced
Soak the oats in milk overnight( or atleast 4 hours) in a refrigerator.
Add shredded apple and mix.
Garnish with banana sliced,berries and honey/maple syrup.
Note: When apple is not in season, add a slice of mango/ sapota to it. Tastes so divine.
