Overnight Oats recipe

Overnight oats is a perfect breakfast for a busy office-goer.can be eaten just out of fridge before you leave for work.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cup milk/almond milk if vegan
  • ½ apple shredded
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tsp. honey or maple syrup if eating vegan (optional)


  • Boil milk and cool it.
  • Soak the oats in milk overnight) in a refrigerator or at room tempreture.
  • When you are ready to serve ,add grated apple, bananas, berries and any other fruit of your choice. (If you do not like it very cold, you may add little warm milk before serving)
  • Add honey/maple syrup if you prefer it more sweet.


Note: When apple is not in season, add a slice of mango/ sapota to it. Tastes so divine.
Sometimes we just add hot milk over oats in a bowl and leave it aside for 30 minutes, garnish with fruits before serving.
