Whole wheat banana pancake

Eggless wholemeal pancakes are great for breakfast along with berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ banana mashed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. ghee/butter hot
  • For garnish:
  • ½ cup berries strawberries+ blue berries
  • 1 tbsp honey for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix banana and milk in a blender for few seconds.
  • Add the banana mix to flour,along with honey and hot butter/ghee.
  • Mix will with a whisk.
  • Heat a heavy bottom iron pan/tava and add a ladle of batter and spread evenly to make a thick pancake.
  • Add few drops of ghee and let it cook evenly from both sides.
  • Garnish with berries and honey,serve warm

Notes

If the batter is too thin then the pancake will be difficult to flip.
