Heat 3 tbsp.oil and add onions & salt.
saute for 5 mins.
Add ginger & chillies with tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt, cashews or almonds and cook until soft.
Now add all the spices and mix well.
Add 2 cups of water and mix. Blend once cool.
In a pan, add 1 tbsp. ghee/oil/butter with blended onion tomato puree .
Add cottage cheese cubes to the gravy with cream, kasuri methi and let it come to a boil.
Garnish with a teaspoon of chopped coriander.
Serve roti with paneer butter masala.
