Sesame seeds are a powerhouse of vitamin E and boosts immunity.
- 1 cup sesame seeds roasted
- ½ cup jaggery
- 1 tbsp. ghee/ coconut oil/ vegan butter
Roast sesame seeds on low flame for 5 mins.Keep it aside.
Melt ½ tbsp. ghee and add jaggery to it
Mix well till jaggery melts for 5 mins on low flame. Check if jaggery is ready. A drop of jaggery when added to a bowl of cold water should solidify.
Once jaggery is ready,add roasted sesame seeds.Mix well for 5 mins.
Switch off gas and let it cool for 5 mins.
Grease your palms with ½ teaspoon ghee and shape them into equal sized balls.
Store in the air tight container for 7-10 days.
