Rava laddoo is an easy sweet.You can make it without nuts too.For a vegan version,replace ghee with coconut oil and milk with coconut milk.
- 1 cup sooji/semolina
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 tablespoon ghee or clarified butter
- ½ cup dry fruits cashews,almonds,raisins
- 2-3 tablespoon milk
Roast sooji/semolina with 2 tablespoon ghee until rawness disappears.Keep it aside.
Roast dry fruits in 1 tablespoon ghee and keep it aside.
In a pan,add semolina,sugar and milk and mix well on low flame.
While it is warm,add dry fruits.Switch off the flame.
Roll them into small balls with a greased palm.
Serve once done.
