Bhorat/Kutti/Bhori is the traditional Sindhi breakfast for kids.
- 3 tablespoon ghee
- 1.5 tablespoon sugar
- 3 fresh roti/flatbreads
- Pinch of salt
Make fresh wholewheat flatbreads.
Cut them into small pieces.
Keep the pieces in a metal bowl on top of a iron pan, so that it remains warm while mixing.
Add remaining ingredients and start mixing with hand.
Slowly crush the roti pieces until the sugar and ghee is mixed well
