Banana chips recipe
Banana chips is an easy snack and great companion for tea.

or air fryer for low oil version
Oil for frying
(in traditional method) or
crushed black pepper
Salt as per taste
Peel and slice the raw bananas
Soak the slices in water with 1 tbsp. salt
Dry the slices on paper tissue for few minutes(10-15 minutes).
Fry them in medium hot oil until crisp.
Toss the slices with black pepper and salt(optional).
Store in an airtight container.
For air fryer version
Slice bananas thin after peeling.
Toss them in salt and 2 teaspoon coconut oil.
Preheat the air fryer for 5 mins at 180 deg C.
Air fry them at 180 deg C for 10 -12 mins. Optionally spray oil once.
The chips should be sliced with the thin slicers,too thick slices won't cook as crisp compared to thin slices.
