Almond bliss balls recipe

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Spice grinder/coffee grinder

Ingredients

  • ½ cup roasted almonds unsweetened
  • ½ cup pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Roast almonds and let it cool. Grind them in a coffee/spice grinder until it resembles a fine powder. Continue to pulse for short intervals till it gels together and oil is released.
  • Pulse all the remaining ingredients along with almond butter in a food processor.
  • Roll into balls taking small amount of mixture in your hands.
  • Store in an air tight container
