Ingredients

onion
chopped

cherry tomatoes
halved,quartered

cucumbers

3 bean salad
or 4 bean can
For dressing
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
or lime juice
¼
cup
mint leaves
chopped
salt as per taste
Instructions
Mix all dressing ingredients together and keep it aside.
Chop onions, tomatoes and cucumbers.
Strain the can to separate the beans.
In a bowl, add beans and chopped onions, tomatoes and cucumbers.
Add dressing to it and toss well. Serve fresh.
Notes
You may replace beans with any canned chickpeas or lentils.
