  • 2 teaspoon oil for filling
  • 2 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 piece ginger grated
  • 1 cup spinach shredded
  • 2 tablespoon oil for pan frying gyoza
  • salt and pepper as per taste


Vegan gyoza filling

  • Heat oil. Add cabbage and ginger ,cook for few minutes.
  • Add spinach,spices and mix well. Turn it off once it wilts.

Vegan potstickers steps

  • Remove the gyoza wrappers from packet and keep the filling in a bowl.
  • Add filling to individual wrappers and add some drops of water at the edges to close it.
  • Carefully close each wrapper folding it at each end.
  • Once the ends are closed together, it will shape up like a momo below.
  • Repeat this for the whole filling.
  • Steam them for 10-12 mins. Allow it to cool completely.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add steamed gyoza to it.
  • Cook until crisp and brown. Serve hot with some chilli sauce.
