1. Mix boiled potato with spices, mix all ingredients.

2.Shape them into balls with your palms.

3. Roll them individually in besan/chickpea flour.

4. Dip them in besan batter.Repeat for all.

5.Heat oil in a wok and start frying the vada on medium flame.

6. Fry them until golden brown , Serve with chutney or ketchup
