1. In a bowl, add powdered sugar, nuts and mix it with mawa. Keep this aside.
2. Mix flour, ghee, semolina and salt in another bowl and knead it into a semi soft dough
3.Roll into round shape like a roti flatbread. Add the stuffing in one half of the roti.
4. Place the index finger of right hand. Now, roll the immediate part of covering to bind it.
5. Fry in oil or ghee on low heat, 2-3 at a time.
