Ingredients

 - Cashews – sugar -  ghee

Grind cashews

Soak cashews in water for 2-3 hours, then drain. Grind with minimal water in a Vitamix

Cook cashew paste

Cook cashew-sugar mixture in a pan

Add ghee,rose water

acontinue cooking,adding ghee and rose water. Cook until it comes off the pan (12-14 minutes)

Knead the mix

Transfer to stand mixer, add ghee, knead until smooth

Cut into pieces

spread on parchment paper, flatten, and add silver foil. Let it cool, cut into pieces, and refrigerate for 5-7 days or freeze.
