Rasagulla Recipe
1.Prepare fresh paneer/chenna by adding lemon/vinegar to hot milk
2.Hang paneer in a cheesecloth to remove excess water
3.Start mashing the paneer in a plate using your hands
4.Mash until smooth,take small portion of paneer,make into round balls
5.Keep the balls ready to be cooked
6.Cook the balls in sugar syrup, covered for 10-12 minutes.
Allow the rasagulla to cool in syrup.
