Mix vegetables that include Potato carrot Beetroot Brocolli Capsicum Cabbage

1.Boil hard vegetables first, then soft vegetables

2.Cover and cook on slow flame until all vegetables are soft.

3.  Mash the boiled veggies it using a blender or potato masher, keep it aside.

4. Cook onion and add tomatoes

5. Add spices to the mash and mix well.

6. Add spices to the mash and mix well.

7.Add chopped coriander to the mash before serving it hot.
