Ingredients

- Mashed banana – Chia seed meal in water - Sugar - Milk (or vegan milk) - self raising flour - Vinegar- oil

Mix wet ingredients

1. Mash ripe bananas and combine with chia seeds, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

Add dry ingredients

1. Gradually mix in self-raising flour and add a splash of apple cider vinegar . 

Mix all ingredients

Mix all ingredients together slowly,do not overmix

Cook in air fryer

Spoon the batter into muffin cups, garnish with chopped walnuts.. 2. Air fry at 150°C (300°F) for 15-17 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
