Soak mung beans

Soak whole mung beans for at least 12 hours or 1 day, changing the water 2-3 times during the soaking process. Once the mung beans are well-soaked, drain the excess water.

Boil mung beans

Boil water and cook the soaked mung beans for 8-10 minutes or until they are soft. Allow them to cool for some time.

Cook in airfryer

Preheat the air fryer to 180C for 10 minutes. Toss the cooked mung beans in 1 teaspoon of oil. Spread half of the mung beans on a crisping tray or parchment paper.

Toss with spies

Cook for 8-10 minutes at 180C (355 F). Add the spices, mix well, and store the air-fried mung beans in an airtight container once they have cooled.
