Ingredients

 -  Cream(collected from milk) – Yogurt – water and ice

If the cream is frozen, let it thaw before proceeding. Mix the cream with a spoon, add 2 spoons of curd, cover, and let it sit overnight.

Blend the cream

Blend the cream with a hand blender for a few minutes, then add iced water to separate the butter.

Stir the mixture with a spoon until the white butter begins to combine.

Cook white butter

When the cooking process begins, the fat will start to separate. Turn off the heat when the fat becomes light brown. Let it cool for few minutes.

Fresh ghee is ready
