Instructions
Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 170 deg C|340F ,Mix the chia seed with water.
Mash the bananas in a bowl,In a large bowl, add chia seed mix,banana and sugar.Add oil to the mix and Add milk to the mix with vanilla extract
Add apple cider vinegar,Mix the ingredients slowly with a whisk
Mix the self raising flour,cocoa powder and pinch of soda,add them to the wet mixture
Pour the cake batter in a cake tine. Garnish with choco chips
Place in an air fryer basket. Air fry at 170 deg C / 340F for 28-30 mins. Check with toothpick once done or cook for few more mins until it comes clean.
Notes
The chia seed mix can be replaced with eggs ( 1tbsp powdered chia seeds with ⅓ cup water can be replaced with 1 egg )
