- 250 g French beans chopped and blanched
- 250 g potatoes boiled and mashed
- ½ tablespoon cumin powder
- ½ tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- Salt to taste

Prepare the beans – Wash and chop fresh beans. Blanch them in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then drain.
Mash the potatoes – Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes until smooth.
Mix ingredients – In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, blanched beans, ginger, cumin powder, curry powder, and salt. Mix well.
Shape the patties – Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into round or oval patties.
Preheat the air fryer – Preheat at 180°C (355°F) for 5 minutes.
Arrange cutlets – Place patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket lined with parchment. Spray lightly with oil.
Air fry – Cook for 14–15 minutes at 180°C (355°F), flipping halfway and spraying more oil.
Final crisping – Air fry for an extra 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
