for tortilla chips
- 2 large tortilla wraps wheat flour tortilla
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika powder
- Salt as per taste
For taco bowl shells in airfryer
- 5-6 small tortilla
- 1 tablespoon oil
- filling/salad of choice 1 shell will need ¼ cup of filling
For tortilla chips
Mix the spices with oil and salt,keep it aside
Cut down the tortilla chips into smaller pieces
Brush the oil and seasoning mix on these tortilla strips
Pre-heat the air fryer at 170C or 340F for 5 minutes. Place the tortilla strips into the tray, try not to overlap much.
Cook these in the air fryer at 170C/ or 340F for 5-6 minutes.
The chip will move around in the air fryer basket. Arrange them once during the cook.
Once the chips are done, allow them to rest on a plate for few minutes. They will get more crisp in the next few minutes.
Serve air fryer chips with any dip of your choice.

I have used smaller tortilla here. to make them fit in the ramekins I have, I have cut them into 2
Made a slit halfway through,Shape them up like a bowl in a ramekin . Brush it with oil.
In a preheated airfryer (180C/355F for 5 minutes) , cook these for 5 minutes.Take them out of the ramekin and cook further for 2 minutes at 180C/355F.
