Aloo Gobi masala recipe
Aloo gobhi matar sabji (Cauliflower curry with potatoes and peas) can be made in a pan or with low oil in the airfryer

Ingredients
For cooking cauliflower and potatoes

onion tomato curry paste
You may use pasta sauce as well
Optional Spices (either use the mix below or replace them with curry powder and salt)

garam masala

red chilli powder

turmeric powder

coriander powder
Salt as per taste
Instructions
In air fryer
in a preheated air fryer,Air fry the potatoes and cauliflower for 15-16 minutes after brushing/tossing oil on it at 180 deg C |355 F
Take the onion tomato paste in a bowl with little oil, mix the oil and curry paste.
Toss the semi cooked cauliflower and potatoes in the paste
Continue to cook in the air fryer for 8-9 minutes at 180 deg C |355 F. total cooktime of 23-24 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm
