Aloo Gobi masala recipe

Aloo gobhi matar sabji (Cauliflower curry with potatoes and peas) can be made in a pan or with low oil in the airfryer

Ingredients

For cooking cauliflower and potatoes

  • 400 gm Cauliflower
  • 2 medium medium potatoes
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • ½ cup onion tomato curry paste You may use pasta sauce as well

Optional Spices (either use the mix below or replace them with curry powder and salt)

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ tablespoon coriander powder
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

In air fryer

  • in a preheated air fryer,Air fry the potatoes and cauliflower for 15-16 minutes after brushing/tossing oil on it at 180 deg C |355 F
  • Take the onion tomato paste in a bowl with little oil, mix the oil and curry paste.
  • Toss the semi cooked cauliflower and potatoes in the paste
  • Continue to cook in the air fryer for 8-9 minutes at 180 deg C |355 F. total cooktime of 23-24 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm
