Curried scrambled tofu recipe
Curried tofu scramble is an easy breakfast recipe which helps you achieve your daily protein and also aid in weight loss with its good fiber.

- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 small ginger finely chopped
- 200 grams tofu firm tofu gives better results
- 1 medium red bell pepper chopped
Spice mix
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder as per taste
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder optional
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Black salt as per taste (you may use normal salt but black salt works best for eggy flavor.)
- coriander for garnish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice for garnish
In a pan, heat oil and then add onions, ginger, and garlic. Cook the onions until they turn pink, usually about 2-3 minutes.
Combine the sliced bell peppers with salt and mix thoroughly. Allow it to cook for a duration of 2-3 minutes.
Combine grated tofu, curry powder, cumin powder, and black salt/sea salt. Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Add soya sauce and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and lemon juice.
Enjoy it hot with a taco, wrap, or flatbread.
