Heat oil in a tempering pan.
Add cumin,carom,sesame,mustard, seed.Let it splutter.
Add a pinch of asafoetida(heeng) and green masala.
Add the cooked vegetables, cook for 5-7 minutes
Add spices and tomato puree, cook for 5-7 minutes
Add the muthia, followed by water and peas, cook until the water dries out.
Cook until all veggies are soft, turn of the heat, add lemon juice.
Serve with poori/roti
