Ingredients

  • 2 cup mango pulp Frozen
  • 1 cup low fat yogurt
  • pinch cardamom powder optional
  • 1 tablespoon pistachio optional
  • 1 tablespoon rose petal optional
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional

Instructions

  • Scoop the mango flesh from ripe and sweet mangoes. Freeze them for few hours.
  • Add low fat yogurt into a blender
  • Add the frozen mango pieces along with cardamom powder(optional).
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour it into glasses.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts and rose petals optionally.

Notes

You can keep frozen mango in advance and bulk quantities for making these at any time
