mango pulp
Frozen

low fat yogurt
pinch
cardamom powder

pistachio

rose petal

Instructions
Scoop the mango flesh from ripe and sweet mangoes. Freeze them for few hours.
Add low fat yogurt into a blender
Add the frozen mango pieces along with cardamom powder(optional).
Blend until smooth.
Pour it into glasses.
Garnish with chopped nuts and rose petals optionally.
Notes
You can keep frozen mango in advance and bulk quantities for making these at any time
