Ingredients

  • ½ cup banana 1 medium banana,frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chopped,frozen
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp. rolled oats powder or flax seed powder
  • 2 cup curly kale or tuscan kale,chopped

Instructions

  • Add the frozen pineapple,banana with oats/flax seed powder in a jar
  • Add chopped kale and coconut water
  • Blend together until all ingredients are fully incorporated
  • Serve Immediately.

Notes

You can replace coconut water with plant based milk if you like.
