- 1 frozen banana /pear
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 cups oat milk (2 tbsp. oats +2 cups water if you want to make your own)
- 2 tbsp. cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
Blend 2 cups water with 2 tablespoon oats to make your fresh oat milk and add bananas to it.
Add cacao nibs to it with vanilla extract
Add ice cubes to the Vitamix jar.
Now add a tablespoon of chia seeds to it.
Blend again until you get a silky smooth cacao smoothie.
Serve fresh.
