Heat coconut milk in pan on low heat
Once its starts to boil turn off heat, Add cocoa powder.
Mix it with a whisk. Add sugar,salt and vanilla extract.
Add the chocolate chips.
Mix it well with a whisk until the chocolate chips melt.
Allow the mix to cool, once its at room temperature allow it to cook in the fridge or freezer for few hours.
Transfer the contents to a blender with frozen bananas,mix into a smooth mixture
Transfer the contents to a box. Garnish with more chocolate chips(optional)
Cover it with a cling film, allow it to freeze for 5-6 hours. Do not keep your freezer to coldest setting as it will end up with very hard dessert. Also allow your dessert to rest for 5-10 minutes before trying to scoop.
