Ingredients

  • ½ cup Vegan choco chips I have used Callebaut 811 dark chocolate
  • 1.5 cup Full fat Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Sugar optional, you may use maple syrup if you like
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract optional
  • teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium Frozen bananas around 100gm each
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan choco chips for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat coconut milk in pan on low heat
  • Once its starts to boil turn off heat, Add cocoa powder.
  • Mix it with a whisk. Add sugar,salt and vanilla extract.
  • Add the chocolate chips.
  • Mix it well with a whisk until the chocolate chips melt.
  • Allow the mix to cool, once its at room temperature allow it to cook in the fridge or freezer for few hours.
  • Transfer the contents to a blender with frozen bananas,mix into a smooth mixture
  • Transfer the contents to a box. Garnish with more chocolate chips(optional)
  • Cover it with a cling film, allow it to freeze for 5-6 hours. Do not keep your freezer to coldest setting as it will end up with very hard dessert. Also allow your dessert to rest for 5-10 minutes before trying to scoop.
