Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • pastry brush

Ingredients

  • 2 pastry sheets 30 cm X 30 cm
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper as per taste

Instructions

  • Mix salt,pepper with oil in a bowl
  • Thaw the puff pastry sheets for 5-10 minutes.Apply a brush of salt/pepper mix on the sheet or any spice of your choice on one of the sheets/
  • Place the second layer on top
  • Divide the sheet into equal parts
  • Twist the layer to make twisted khari or have straight ones as you wish
  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 mins at 190 deg C| 375 deg F. Cook for 10-12 mins, flip in between.
  • Once cooked, Allow to cool for some time, store in an air tight container.

For Oven

  • Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 190 deg C.
  • Cook for 17-18 mins at 180 deg C
  • Once cooked, Allow to cool for some time, store in an air tight container.
