- 400 gm paneer
- ¾ cup red lentil flour / gram flour / besan
- 1 tablespoon curry powder or take a mix of turmeric,garam masala
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- salt as per taste
- ¾ cup water

Cut the paneer cubes into uniform pieces with a sharp knife.
Prepare a dry mix with red lentil flour and spices in a bowl. Coat the paneer pieces in this mixture and set them aside.
Add water to the dry mix to create a thick batter and pour it over the paneer.
Thread the paneer onto wooden skewers.
Preheat your air fryer to 170°C (340°F). Place the skewers on a perforated baking sheet in the air fryer basket.
Spray vegetable oil lightly over the paneer and cook for 10 minutes.
Spray again and cook for another 3–4 minutes until golden brown and extra crispy paneer pakoras are ready.
