- 400 gm paneer
- ¾ cup red lentil flour / gram flour / besan
- 1 tablespoon curry powder or take a mix of turmeric,garam masala
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- salt as per taste
- ¾ cup water
- oil spray
Instructions
- Cut the paneer cubes into uniform pieces with a sharp knife.
- Prepare a dry mix with red lentil flour and spices. Coat the paneer pieces in this mixture and set them aside.
- Add water to the dry mix to create a thick batter and pour it over the paneer.
- Thread the paneer onto wooden skewers.
- Preheat your air fryer to 170°C (340°F). Place the skewers on a perforated baking sheet in the air fryer basket.
- Spray vegetable oil lightly over the paneer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Spray again and cook for another 3–4 minutes until golden brown and extra crispy paneer pakoras are ready.
