Air fryer spinach tofu parcels

- 150 gm fresh spinach leaves
- 150 gm firm tofu cubed or crumbled
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1- inch piece ginger grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon black salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 puff pastry sheets
- 1 teaspoon oil for cooking
- Optional: green chilies or red chilli flakes to taste
Prepare the filling:
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan on medium heat.

Add ginger and garlic; cook until aromatic.

Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.

Add tofu, black salt, and mix gently.

Turn off the heat. Stir in lemon juice and let the filling cool.

Assemble the Parcels:
Cut each puff pastry sheet into rectangles or squares. You can also make it as a triangle.

Spoon spinach-tofu filling into the center of each piece.
Fold and seal the edges to make a parcel. Use a fork to crimp for a decorative edge, optionally
Transfer the unbaked parcels for atleast 1 hour in the freezer
Air frying:
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C | 375°F for 5 mins.
Lightly brush or spray the puff pastry parcel with oil.
Air fry for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
