For air fry soya chaap
- 500 gms soya chaap 1 can (after draining)
- ½ cup yogurt / coconut yogurt for vegan option
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon red chili powder /kashmiri lal mirch powder /paprika
- 1 tbsp. garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp. mint leaves / dried fenugreek leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt or as per taste
- 2 tablespoon red lentil flour
- 2 tbsp oil
Drain the excess water and squeeze the soya chaap.cut them into small pieces. .Mix the spices with yogurt for marination in a bowl
Mix soy chaap in the marinade. Keep it aside for 2-3 hours.
Preheat your air fryer for 5 mins at 180 deg C | 355 F. Line the marinated soya chaap pieces on the skewers and place it in the air fryer.
Air fry the soy chaap for 20-22 mins at 180 degrees C | 355 degrees F.
Brush oil for 2 times during the cook.Serve with coriander chutney
