Ingredients

  • 300 gm taro /colocasia/ arbi boiled
  • 200 gm potatoes boiled
  • 2 tablespoon lentil flour / chickpea flour /besan
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • ½ tbsp. mint leaves
  • ½ tbsp. salt
  • ½ tbsp. paprika / red chili powder
  • oil spray

Instructions

  • In a food processor,add boiled potatoes, boiled taro along with remaining spices.
    300 gm taro, 200 gm potatoes, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, ½ tbsp. salt, ½ tbsp. paprika, ½ tbsp. mint leaves
  • Combine the mixture with red lentil flour or chickpea flour.

  • Take a small portion of the mixture. Shape it into a cutlet. Place them in a tray over a baking sheet / parchment paper and cover it.
  • In a preheated airfryer, place the cutlets over baking sheet. Air fry them at 185C | 365F for 22-24 mins, spraying oil in between.

  •  Serve hot with green chutney for a perfect snack during teatime.
