paprika
/ red chili powder

Instructions
In a food processor,add boiled potatoes, boiled taro along with remaining spices.
300 gm taro,
200 gm potatoes,
1 tablespoon ginger paste,
½ tbsp. salt,
½ tbsp. paprika,
½ tbsp. mint leaves
Combine the mixture with red lentil flour or chickpea flour.
2 tablespoon lentil flour
Take a small portion of the mixture. Shape it into a cutlet. Place them in a tray over a baking sheet / parchment paper and cover it.
In a preheated airfryer, place the cutlets over baking sheet. Air fry them at 185C | 365F for 22-24 mins, spraying oil in between.

Serve hot with green chutney for a perfect snack during teatime.
