In a pan,heat oil
Add cumin seeds.Let it splutter.
Add onion,ginger and chillies with little salt,allow it to cook
Cook until onions turn brown,add tomato puree
Cook for 5-7 minutes, add spices and mix well
After few minutes,add peas,chopped potatoes and water
Let it boil for 10 minutes on low flame
Add kasuri methi/fenugreek and turn off the heat
Garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve hot with rice,roti or poori/any flatbread.
