Ingredients

  • ¼ cup anardana/dried pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp. amchur/dried mango powder
  • ½ tsp. kali mirch/black pepper
  • ½ tsp. kala namak/rock salt
  • 1 tsp. jeera/cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp. saunf/fennel seeds
  • ¼ tsp. elaichi powder/cardamom powder
  • 2 teaspoon sugar 2-3 teaspoon more sugar is required to keep these dry while storing the jar.
  • ½ tbsp. neebu ras/lemon juice

Instructions

  • Coarsely grind all dry ingredients, add lemon juice.
  • Mix all ingredients, roll the candies in desired shapes.
  • Optionally, coat the candies in some powdered sugar.
  • Store in a dry jar.

Notes

While storing in the jar, these might become little moist, hence the store bought candies have lots of powdered sugar in it. This sugar helps these candies to remain dry.
