cooked rice and quinoa
I mix quinoa with white rice

oil
sesame oil or any vegetable oil

Broccoli florets

cup
garlic chives
chopped,else use garlic cloves (2-3)if you like.
½
teaspoon
turmeric powder
salt as per taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok on a medium/high flame & add brocolli to it.
Cover and cook for few minutes (3-4 minutes)
Take off the lid once the broccoli is cooked. I like to keep it crunchy so do not cook it completely.
Now add cooked rice with garlic chives, ground turmeric powder and salt.
Give it a stir and let it cook for few minutes(4-5 minutes.Turn off the heat
Serve this vegetarian broccoli fried rice warm with some tomato soup.
