- 200 gms fresh pomegranate 200gms fresh pomegranate yields 50gm dried pomegranate
Cut the pomegranate into half and remove the seeds from skin. Gently pull the seeds apart from the membrane with your fingers.
Preheat your airfryer to 70 deg C| 160 deg F. Place the seeds on a tray lined with baking sheet.
Spread the seeds out in a single layer so that there is no overlap.
Air fry them for 2 hours at 70 deg C/160 deg F. Then, mix the seeds around using a spoon or gently tapping the tray.
Continue to air fry for 2 hours at 70C/160F or until the seeds are semi dry.leave them aside to cool.
Once the seeds are dry and crisp, remove them from air fryer and let them cool completely.
Store the dried pomegranate seeds in an airtight container at room temperature.
