Ingredients

  • 200 gms fresh pomegranate 200gms fresh pomegranate yields 50gm dried pomegranate

Instructions

  • Cut the pomegranate into half and remove the seeds from skin. Gently pull the seeds apart from the membrane with your fingers.
  • Preheat your airfryer to 70 deg C| 160 deg F. Place the seeds on a tray lined with baking sheet.
  • Spread the seeds out in a single layer so that there is no overlap.
  • Air fry them for 2 hours at 70 deg C/160 deg F. Then, mix the seeds around using a spoon or gently tapping the tray.
  • Continue to air fry for 2 hours at 70C/160F or until the seeds are semi dry.leave them aside to cool.
  • Once the seeds are dry and crisp, remove them from air fryer and let them cool completely.
  • Store the dried pomegranate seeds in an airtight container at room temperature.
