1cupchickpeassoaked for 12/24 hours. Yields 3 cups.(change water if soaking more than 12 hours)
11/2cupparsley
¼cupchickpea flour/besan
⅛teaspoonbaking soda
½tablespoonsaltor as per raste
3garlic cloves
1pieceginger
1tbsp.Moroccan seasoning
2-3tablespoonoilfor brushing the falafel
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor jar except the oil
1 cup chickpeas, 11/2 cup parsley, ¼ cup chickpea flour, ⅛ teaspoon baking soda, ½ tablespoon salt, 3 garlic cloves, 1 piece ginger, 1 tbsp. Moroccan seasoning
Pulse multiple times to combine the ingredients in a food processor.Start scooping the mixture to make patties,You can use an ice cream scoop to make them of same size.
Apply oil and move the falafel patties to the freezer ,allow to set for 3-4 hours or overnight
Preheat the air-fryer for 5 mins at 180 deg C(355F). Place the falafel patties on a parchment paper with holes in the basket.
Air fry @180C (355F) for 16-18 mins while brushing oil twice and flipping twice.You may bake them in a preheated oven @180C (355F) for 23-25 minutes while brushing oil twice and flipping twice.
