Ingredients
For papdi:

cup
buckwheat flour

tablespoon
sendha namak/rock salt
½
cup
warm water
for kneading

tablespoon
Oil
if air frying
Oil
more oil if deep frying
For serving:
1
large boiled potato
or a mix of sweet potato and potato
½
cup
plain yogurt

tablespoon
date chutney
2
tablespoon
mint chutney
Handful pomegranate seeds
Instructions
For papdi
In a bowl,add buckwheat flour,salt and water.
Knead it into a smooth dough.
Roll it into thin crackers or papdi using a baking sheet or a press
Preheat the airfryer at 180C|355F for minutes
Place the papdi in the hot airfryer, brush,spray oilCook for 9-10 minutes at 180C|355F
For deep frying
Fry it until crisp on low heat(important).
For serving
Break the papdi into multiple pieces and add it to a plate.
Add toppings of potatoes, yogurt, mint and dates chutney.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
You may optionally add fried shredded potatoes on it.
Serve it fresh.
