- 3 cups raddish 2 medium radish
- 2 cups radish leaves
- 2 tbsp. mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp. ginger grated
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice on top
Heat oil in a pan and add teaspoon of mustard seeds, ginger and green chilies optionally.
Add chopped radishes and sprinkle salt on top. cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame
Add the spices,add chopped greens on it and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame
Garnish with lemon juice and serve warm
