Mooli paratha is a dish most of us has eaten growing up in North India. However, there is an easier way to enjoy radish recipes without adding so much ghee or oil to it to make tawa parathas. Indian radish curry or mooli ki sabzi is an easy curry you can make. Serve this simple curry with traditional recipes like makki ki roti and jowar roti. You can also add chopped radish greens or mooli ke patte to make it healthier.

Mooli ke parathe, mooli bhurji, mooli muthias or mooli ka raita are other great recipes you can make for everyday meals. You can also cook it in south Indian tadka to make a poriyal. This was inspired by my radish beet poriyal recipe on this site, and pairs well with this ragi roti recipe.
