Instructions
Make the stuffing by mixing mashed boiled potatoes with green chilli, ginger, cumin seeds, garam masala, dried mango powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt.
Trim the bread edges, lightly dip each slice in water, squeeze gently, place the stuffing in the center, and seal to shape into oval rolls.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C, arrange the rolls in a single layer, brush or spray with oil, and air fry for 20 minutes total until crisp and golden brown.
Brush or spray a little more oil midway if needed for even browning.
