Stuffed Bread roll or roller as we Sindhis call it,is a Sunday heavy breakfast. Nothing better than stuffed bread potato rolls on a cold winter morning along with a cup of hot tea. Some dishes remain close to your heart even when you grow old. Be it roller or noodles. Roller also has a good crunchy outer with soft potato filling inside. This makes it heavier. Thus, make it easier to fill stomach. When IPL is on so this is a great starter with cold drinks and some caramel popcorn.It is a time to sit together and enjoy the match!

- cumin seeds
- garam masala
- dried mango powder

- Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying or oil spray for air fryer

How to make bread roll in air fryer?
1. Boil the potatoes, peel them, and mash them well in a bowl so the filling is smooth and easy to shape.

Add salt, cumin powder, and the remaining spices to the mashed potatoes, then mix well to make a dry and flavorful stuffing.

3. Trim the bread edges and keep the bread ready for filling. Use thick bread slices so they hold shape better.

4. Lightly dip the bread in water, squeeze out extra moisture, place the potato filling in the center, and seal gently to form an oval roll.

5. Place the shaped bread rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and brush or spray a little oil on top.

6. Air fry until the bread rolls turn crisp and golden brown on the outside, then serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

7. Serve warm with chutney or ketchup.

- 2 large potatoes boiled
Spices
- 1 green chilly chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- ½ tablespoon garam masala
- ½ tablespoon dried mango powder
- ¼ teaspoon of turmeric
- ½ tablespoon red chilli powder adjust as per taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying or oil spray for air fryer
Instructions
- Make the stuffing by mixing mashed boiled potatoes with green chilli, ginger, cumin seeds, garam masala, dried mango powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt.
- Trim the bread edges, lightly dip each slice in water, squeeze gently, place the stuffing in the center, and seal to shape into oval rolls.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C, arrange the rolls in a single layer, brush or spray with oil, and air fry for 20 minutes total until crisp and golden brown.
- Brush or spray a little more oil midway if needed for even browning.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.

Deepfry - Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the shaped bread rolls on medium heat until crisp and evenly golden brown on all sides.

Storage
