For air fryer papadum
- 2 pieces papad
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 small tomatoes chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander for garnish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice for garnish
- pinch red chilli powder optional for garnish
How to make masala papad in air-fryer?
Prior to cooking, it is important to preheat the air fryer to a temperature of 180C/355F.
Take the papad and lightly coat or brush it with either cooking spray or oil.
To achieve the best results, it is recommended to place two papad at a time in the air fryer basket. Cook the papad for approximately two minutes, or until they reach a desired level of crispiness and turn a beautiful golden brown color.
Take some onions and tomatoes and quickly mix them together.
Sprinkle some salt (optional) on the air fryer papad ,with onion & tomato mix, garnish with coriander,lemon juice and red chilli powder(optional) and serve immediately.
