Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds pepitas
  • ¼ cup goji berries or raisins
  • 2 tbsp. dessicated coconut
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup /agave nectar/ honey for non-vegan option
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp. coconut oil / olive oil

Optional

  • 2 tablespoon coconut flour for rolling the balls

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add all the ingredients.
  • Now, pulse it for for some time, until all ingredients are mixed.Use a spatula to mix them and then pulse it again.
  • Roll into balls by taking small amount of mixture in your hands. You can use an ice cream scooper optionally to take the right amount for equal size balls. It might feel little sticky.
  • Optionally roll into coconut flour
  • Store these nut-free bliss balls in airtight container.
