Misal curry
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- ginger garlic,green chillies(1 teaspoon each)
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 cup tomato puree
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder or as per taste
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon salt or as per taste
- 2 cups sprouted moth beans
- Mix namkeen sev chiwda /fried indian snack for serving
Garnish: Coriander,chopped onion and lemon juice
